What began in 2005 as a company focused solely on processing pomegranates for juice and concentrate, Stiebs has grown into an industry leading ingredient processor offering everything from locally grown California fruit to Citrus and Vegetable products from Europe and Exotic fruits from all over the world. Today Stiebs has built a worldwide sourcing network of the best processors with the best ingredients that make the best products.

 

PROCESSING

Stiebs processes all of its California fruits at a 40 acre BRC Audited Facility in the heart of the Central Valley of California using the most current technology in the industry. The Central Valley is often referred to as the “Heartland of California” and is one of the leading regions in the state for agricultural production. Over two-thirds of the country’s fruits are grown in California. The Central Valley covers over 18,000 square miles, is 450 miles long from North to South and is larger than nine different states. The Valley is the world’s largest patch of Class 1 soil making it one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world. The approximate 25 degree temperature swing from day to night is an ideal growing range for plants and the sun shines nearly 300 days a year. Stiebs is devoted to sourcing, processing and delivering the world’s finest plant-based products. We procure the finest raw materials and process them in the purest, most flavorful and functional way possible. We do this because Stiebs has one focus – our customer.
