Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie

This blend gives your body a healthy boost of antioxidants and will jump start your morning with flavor.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen Stiebs Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 cup frozen (not thawed) blueberries
1/2 cup apple juice or berry nectar
1/2 cup milk or soy milk
1/2 teaspoon honey ‐ optional

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
