Pomegranate Eye‐Opening Shake

This protein‐packed, antioxidant‐loaded morning eye‐opener will help you start the day off right!

1 cup Frozen Stiebs Pomegranate Seeds
1 cup vanilla soymilk or regular low‐fat milk
2 ice cubes
1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds
2‐4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or to taste

In a blender, combine the pomegranate arils with soymilk, ice cubes, banana, almonds, protein powder (optional), and honey to taste. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately
